I used MZA to help with my application for planning permission to replace the shopfront of my cafe. After doing some research on a few planning consultants and reading some exemplary reviews I chose to go with MZA Planning. As a first time business owner, I found the application process daunting and extremely protracted, especially being in green conservation area. MZA took care of everything, from site surveys, CAD drawings to the arguments in the application. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, especially in their set up of a customer specific dropbox which you can access at anytime and view all documents pertaining to the case and also the clear breakdown of their invoices.
