I had contacted other planning companies before coming across MZA, but I did not get the same positive vibe as when I first met with Yussuf. MZA were the only company who readily came out on a site visit to understand my situation first hand. “When the Council first declined our extension project, I was gutted… only to find that we could do as much, if not more, under Permitted Development, on the advice of our architect. As the work was pretty much finished, a council worker visited the property and rejected everything we had done as unlawful. They soon voted the demolition of our project, which left me baffled as I was quite sure we had followed PD rules and saw no rationale for their conclusion! Dear MZA, Thank you for all your hard work in winning the appeal against Hounslow Council’s decision to refuse planning for a wraparound and loft extension at Netheravon Road property in Chiswick. Most of the other companies I approached were not confident in handling the appeal and said there was little chance of the appeal being successful. MZA Planning successfully presented my planning application to the Planning Inspectorate after the local planning authority had denied it. The Planning Inspectorate found in favour of the application and have declared it should be allowed. MZA Planning have been utterly brilliant.
