I appointed MZA to take care of submitting planning permission on behalf of my husband and I to build an outbuilding in our garden last year. In took lots of stress away from us as there were so many things that came with applying for planning permission that we simply did not understand. MZA were really efficient and constantly kept us updated throughout the process. We of course had our application GRANTED! We have since built our outbuilding but recently ran into some other, separate issues. I contacted MZA for some advice as I did not know who else to turn to and they were extremely helpful and empathetic which we really needed during that time. MZA helped me with a tricky loft extension to navigate Ealing Council and the planning rules that they seem to apply in a fairly inconsistent manner, depending on who you talk to. I concluded that it helps hugely to have a professional team to deal with the council and MZA were excellent in planning and presenting a novel approach to make planning approval a no-brainer.
