The fees are very reasonable especially when you consider you pay 50% to submit your appeal and the other 50% only if successful, which ensures the agent will do everything to ensure your success. I would highly recommend anyone during an appeal stage but also worth considering for people with ambitious plans at planning stage.

I found MZA to be very efficient and organised company. The fact that 36% of their fee is payable upon appeal being allowed, shows they are confident in handling the appeal. My appeal took just under 4 weeks to be allowed, this must be a record. MZA must have a magic potion!!! I will recommend them to everyone.

Yussuf and Bho were great, they were patient and persistent with a very difficult planning dept at Hounslow – It was hard work but we got an acceptable result in the end!
