I have found Yussuf and his team at MZA Planning to be a trustworthy, reliable and professional business. They stopped enforcement action from Ealing Council, prepared a new planning application for me and supported me step by step through a lengthy appeals process which took over 12 months. Today, I received a successful appeal decision notice from The Planning Inspectorate – all down to the application that MZA expertly prepared. I appointed MZA to take care of submitting planning permission on behalf of my husband and I to build an outbuilding in our garden last year. I found MZA to be very efficient and organised company. The fact that 36% of their fee is payable upon appeal being allowed, shows they are confident in handling the appeal.
