MZA Planning successfully presented my planning application to the Planning Inspectorate after the local planning authority had denied it. The Planning Inspectorate found in favour of the application and have declared it should be allowed. MZA Planning have been utterly brilliant. The entire organisation have been consistently and flawlessly professional throughout, have provided a steadying hand when needed and a relentless tenacity for success that would have you believe this was their own personal journey. The duration of this process extended to 18 months, throughout which MZA provided an honest, meticulous and personalised service – I can’t recommend them highly enough. In my opinion – anyone wanting planning advice would be doing themselves a disservice if they didn’t at least discuss their requirements with MZA

I had contacted other planning companies before coming across MZA, but I did not get the same positive vibe as when I first met with Yussuf. MZA were the only company who readily came out on a site visit to understand my situation first hand. Their prices were also very reasonable compared to another company that charged me more for a few hours of work compared to MZA for the whole case. I had Yussuf and Bho dealing with my case and they are clearly very knowledgable in their fields as they understand all planning issues, what is likely to be granted and what isn’t etc along with a full understanding of the relevant policies that would relate to my case. When presenting the case, they laid out all my arguments to the council in a very professional and concise manner and all backed up by the relevant policies and documents referred to by the council. I also want to say a big thank you to Anita who dealt with a lot of my phone calls and is always very calm and professional, even when I was very stressed. I am glad to say that I won the case thanks to MZA, even when the council made it seem impossible. I will definetly be using them for any future planning issues and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone, whether it be for residential or commercial planning. I found MZA to be very efficient and organised company. The fact that 36% of their fee is payable upon appeal being allowed, shows they are confident in handling the appeal. Great customer service which is always a major key in any business. We went with previous architects and had absolutely no hope after being rejected. I approached MZA and they reassured me they can help. Literally went through 12 rounds with the council and was knocked down every single round. MZA prepared a professional strategy highlighting all the councils concerns on my project and it was finally approved.
