We found you exceptionally helpful and efficient and feel you alleviate all the stress we have felt previously when going through the planning permission process. It is such a relief to know I will never have to do it again thanks to you and I will certainly be recommending you in the future. Although we were always kept up to date with the situation it was reassuring to be able to pass the load over to your company and we feel the money spent on your input was well spent.

We found your assistance and presentation to be of a very high standard. You kept us informed of all aspects of the case. I was most impressed with the manner and efficiency by which you undertook our planning issues with Hounslow Council. I was particularly happy with the approach you employed and of course your full understanding of the particular complex legal issues in my case.

I found MZA to be very efficient and organised company. The fact that 36% of their fee is payable upon appeal being allowed, shows they are confident in handling the appeal.
