I used MZA to help with my application for planning permission to replace the shopfront of my cafe. After doing some research on a few planning consultants and reading some exemplary reviews I chose to go with MZA Planning. I have found Yussuf and his team at MZA Planning to be a trustworthy, reliable and professional business. They stopped enforcement action from Ealing Council, prepared a new planning application for me and supported me step by step through a lengthy appeals process which took over 12 months. Today, I received a successful appeal decision notice from The Planning Inspectorate – all down to the application that MZA expertly prepared. MZA had to conduct a demanding process of negotiation with, on the one hand, the multi-disciplinary design team taking on board the complexities of legislation and on the other, the local planning authorities.
