I found the team at MZA very knowledgeable, helpful & professional. As you would expect from a firm that specialises in planning appeals, they cover all basis to ensure the highest chance of success. The fees are very reasonable especially when you consider you pay 50% to submit your appeal and the other 50% only if successful, which ensures the agent will do everything to ensure your success. I would highly recommend anyone during an appeal stage but also worth considering for people with ambitious plans at planning stage.

I appointed MZA to take care of submitting planning permission on behalf of my husband and I to build an outbuilding in our garden last year.
