I want to say a huge thank you to everyone at MZA planning for their excellent and professional service. I had contacted other planning companies before coming across MZA, but I did not get the same positive vibe as when I first met with Yussuf. MZA were the only company who readily came out on a site visit to understand my situation first hand. Their prices were also very reasonable compared to another company that charged me more for a few hours of work compared to MZA for the whole case. I had Yussuf and Bho dealing with my case and they are clearly very knowledgable in their fields as they understand all planning issues, what is likely to be granted and what isn’t etc along with a full understanding of the relevant policies that would relate to my case. When presenting the case, they laid out all my arguments to the council in a very professional and concise manner and all backed up by the relevant policies and documents referred to by the council. I also want to say a big thank you to Anita who dealt with a lot of my phone calls and is always very calm and professional, even when I was very stressed. I am glad to say that I won the case thanks to MZA, even when the council made it seem impossible. I will definetly be using them for any future planning issues and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone, whether it be for residential or commercial planning. Thank you once again for everything.

I appointed MZA to take care of submitting planning permission on behalf of my husband and I to build an outbuilding in our garden last year. In took lots of stress away from us as there were so many things that came with applying for planning permission that we simply did not understand. MZA were really efficient and constantly kept us updated throughout the process. We of course had our application GRANTED! We have since built our outbuilding but recently ran into some other, separate issues. Dear MZA, Thank you for all your hard work in winning the appeal against Hounslow Council’s decision to refuse planning for a wraparound and loft extension at Netheravon Road property in Chiswick. Most of the other companies I approached were not confident in handling the appeal and said there was little chance of the appeal being successful.
