I am so grateful to MZA for the success of my appeal. I was surprised and delighted with the result because there was an aspect of my plans that was arguably against the policy of the conservation area but the team at MZA very skilfully prepared the appeal statement in a way that emphasised how it was in keeping with the neighbouring properties and wider conservation area. MZA helped me with a tricky loft extension to navigate Ealing Council and the planning rules that they seem to apply in a fairly inconsistent manner, depending on who you talk to. I found the team at MZA very knowledgeable, helpful & professional. As you would expect from a firm that specialises in planning appeals, they cover all basis to ensure the highest chance of success. The fees are very reasonable especially when you consider you pay 50% to submit your appeal and the other 50% only if successful, which ensures the agent will do everything to ensure your success. I would highly recommend anyone during an appeal stage but also worth considering for people with ambitious plans at planning stage.
