After doing some research on a few planning consultants and reading some exemplary reviews I chose to go with MZA Planning. They not only provide such a professional and transparent service, their price is more than competitive, its value for money. As a first time business owner, I found the application process daunting and extremely protracted, especially being in green conservation area. MZA took care of everything, from site surveys, CAD drawings to the arguments in the application. They advised and updated me on every step of the process, and more importantly, chased and hounded the council when they fell behind. I was very impressed by their attention to detail, especially in their set up of a customer specific dropbox which you can access at anytime and view all documents pertaining to the case and also the clear breakdown of their invoices.
