Dear MZA, Thank you for all your hard work in winning the appeal against Hounslow Council’s decision to refuse planning for a wraparound and loft extension at Netheravon Road property in Chiswick. Most of the other companies I approached were not confident in handling the appeal and said there was little chance of the appeal being successful. You, however, believed that there was a good chance of having the appeal upheld, even if it was on a split decision. I am extremely happy with your work and have since recommended your company to other who are in a similar situation to mine.

I am delighted to report it has been a great pleasure dealing with MZA Planning. We had been refused permission to build a wrap around extension on two occasions. Both our Architects had given up and advised us to alter the designs to match the requirements of the Local Authority’s planning rules.
