I was most impressed with the manner and efficiency by which you undertook our planning issues with Hounslow Council. I was particularly happy with the approach you employed and of course your full understanding of the particular complex legal issues in my case.

I had contacted other planning companies before coming across MZA, but I did not get the same positive vibe as when I first met with Yussuf. MZA were the only company who readily came out on a site visit to understand my situation first hand. Their prices were also very reasonable compared to another company that charged me more for a few hours of work compared to MZA for the whole case. I had Yussuf and Bho dealing with my case and they are clearly very knowledgable in their fields as they understand all planning issues, what is likely to be granted and what isn’t etc along with a full understanding of the relevant policies that would relate to my case. When presenting the case, they laid out all my arguments to the council in a very professional and concise manner and all backed up by the relevant policies and documents referred to by the council. I also want to say a big thank you to Anita who dealt with a lot of my phone calls and is always very calm and professional, even when I was very stressed. I am glad to say that I won the case thanks to MZA, even when the council made it seem impossible. I will definetly be using them for any future planning issues and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone, whether it be for residential or commercial planning. Yussuf and Bho were great, they were patient and persistent with a very difficult planning dept at Hounslow – It was hard work but we got an acceptable result in the end!

MZA helped me with a tricky loft extension to navigate Ealing Council and the planning rules that they seem to apply in a fairly inconsistent manner, depending on who you talk to. I concluded that it helps hugely to have a professional team to deal with the council and MZA were excellent in planning and presenting a novel approach to make planning approval a no-brainer. The team (Bho, Yusuf and Anita) were excellent and got me through the process with a minimal amount of stress, so if you are dealing with council planning, I would recommend a talk with MZA – you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.
