Our client received a refusal for the demolition of an existing side store and rear extension; erection of two storey side and rear extensions and front porch extension to dwellinghouse in Brent.
After careful research and concluding the proposed development’s consistency with relevant policies and aims of the LPA’s Development Plan, we took the case to appeal. We argued that the proposed development would deliver high quality living and accommodation with sufficient levels of natural light and outlook.
The Inspector allowed the appeal and granted planning permission.
