We are pleased to announce that our application for a single storey side infill and wrap around extension and first floor rear extension wraparound has been granted by Lambeth Council.
Our client approached us to secure planning permission to maximise the area of the property. We looked at the best strategy to adopt and were confident that a full planning application rather a permitted development scheme would be the best way forward.
We prepared and submitted planning drawings and a planning statement that set out our position. Minor amendments were submitted to the Council and planning permission was duly granted.
