We are excited to announce that the London Borough of Bromley have approved our discharge of conditions application for elevational alterations, a two storey rear extension and conversion of dwelling into 5 flats with accommodation in enlarged roof space with parking at rear, and rear cycle/refuse store.
MZA liaised with floor risk consultants to deal with the drainage issues of the property, as well as structural engineers and traffic management. We submitted the report for the discharge of conditions and successfully gained approval from Bromley Council.
