Certificate of lawfulness granted for Hertfordshire conservatory

Our client, a firm of solicitors approached us regarding a probate property and the lawfulness of the conservatory. There was limited planning history for the conservatory structure, however, through our careful research and contacting different Council departments including Planning Enforcement we were able to build a case and prove on the balance of probabilities that the conservatory had been insitu for more than 4 years. The certificate was granted.
