Development: Erection of garage/outbuilding
Our client owns a property in the Metropolitan open land which has the same status as Greenbelt. We were able to advise them on the most effective route to obtain approval for a detached garage. The garage was 4m high and just over 2m from the site boundary. We advised our client’s architect on the required dimensions and materials and monitored the progress of the application once submitted.
The Council confirmed that the proposal was lawful.
