It is with excitement to announce that the London Borough of Ealing have approved our Planning Application for a change of use to a 9 Person HMO.
MZA submitted a retrospective application, after the Council threatened to take enforcement action for over a number of years.
We agreed to no parking around the property, and ensured compliance with the relevant HMO and planning authority standards. We are delighted with the Council’s approval, which will enable the client to continue renting out the HMO.
