Approval: Planning Application for Mixed Use as a Residential and a Clinic (Permanent)

Brent  Council: MZA Planning are pleased with the granting of permission for our returning client in Brent to keep their clinic as a mixed use residential and clinic. We previously applied for mixed use for our clients clinic and gained temporary permission, however we have now applied for permanent use for the practice and it has been recently granted permanent approval.

The clinic focuses on specific medical procedures certain operation and the council have agreed to approval based on only these being performed. Furthermore the clinic is to be used on an appointment basis only.
