Hackney Council: MZA Planning have yet again received an approval for a planning application we have submitted on behalf of our client.
The proposed plans we submitted for our client include temporary change of use of the premises from offices (Class B1) to retail (Class A1) use. This would enable the existing retail business to continue trading, when the existing permitted development rights which have enabled the existing temporary change of use from office (Class B1) to retail (Class A1) expire. The Council’s policies seek to protect B1 uses and the approval follows a failed application for a similar proposal by another agent. Our client to is very pleased and can continue trading from the premises.
