We are happy to add another success story to our record! We’ve recently helped a client with his goal of constructing a single family dwelling house, following the demolition of an existing single level building. This scheme represented a revision to a previous scheme, and it was approved on the basis that it would have acceptable impact on the conservation area.
Additionally, it was argued that the proposal would blend aesthetically with the street scene particularly with the two storey building directly adjacent. Our statement also argued that the development would not adversely affect neighbours’ living conditions, that it would result in satisfactory living accommodation for future occupiers and that it would be consistent with the relevant aims and provisions of the LPA’s Development Plan. Following the submission of our statement along with other supporting documents, the application was approved by the Local Planning Authority resulting in a success for us and the client!
