I found the team at MZA very knowledgeable, helpful & professional. As you would expect from a firm that specialises in planning appeals, they cover all basis to ensure the highest chance of success. The fees are very reasonable especially when you consider you pay 50% to submit your appeal and the other 50% only if successful, which ensures the agent will do everything to ensure your success. I would highly recommend anyone during an appeal stage but also worth considering for people with ambitious plans at planning stage.

I am delighted to report it has been a great pleasure dealing with MZA Planning. We had been refused permission to build a wrap around extension on two occasions. Both our Architects had given up and advised us to alter the designs to match the requirements of the Local Authority’s planning rules. We had also given up, and then by chance MZA contacted us and explained how they could help. To be honest, I did not think we would get anywhere but MZA put forward a very well researched case on our behalf and managed to appeal and obtain the permission we needed. I would recommend anyone who is having similar issues with the local authority to contact MZA.

After many months of trying to have sensible conversations with the planning department at Hounslow, I was worn down to the point of giving up. At every opportunity Hounslow simply said NO and maintained a desire to show no common sense and almost demonstrated an appetite to simply play games because they could. It was all very depressing until one day I received a post card through my door after my third rejected planning application. The post card was from MZA. A local, professional planning consultancy that suggested that they could help. I was very sceptical but thought that it was worth paying for a brief consultation. Without sounding too dramatic, that 20 minute meeting changed everything. The team at MZA felt very confident that all of my planning applications should have been accepted first time around. I followed the advice that I received from the expert consultants to the letter and they helped me and my architect navigate through the process of appeal. Last Thursday I received the last decision, again in my favour. 100% of Hounslow’s ridiculous decisions were overturned and I plan to start the build in a few weeks. As a Chiswick based surveyor and estate agent I meet so many people that have fallen victim to the same treatment from the local authority and I plan to send them all to MZA. If you feel that your local authority is behaving more like a David Brent sketch than an elected authority, give MZA a call. They talk sense and do what they say that are going to do.
